A must have when in New Orleans

Delicious !!! The only time I eat oysters is when I’m in South Louisiana . It’s the real deal in this part of the U.S . If you don’t want them raw then a must try is this way: these are chargrilled oysters with seasonings and served with bread. My go to spot is Dragos in Metairie but you can also find them on menus at other local restaurants .
