Took a while to post this here as I\u2019m still in disbelief – but here is the original Fb post on that tragic day.<\/p>\n

Everybody who knew Nancy Parker Boyd loved her . As the pictures show she always had a great smile. Always a way to make us all laugh, while also using her talents to give back so much to the community . Tonight we at Fox 8 News are devastated over the death of our colleague, our friend ; our hearts break for her husband and their three kids . I\u2019m in disbelief, just this morning, I saw her with her usual big smile excited over her story today . Her family, co-workers and the community lost an exceptional compassionate, rare human being . A talented award winning Journalist. I keep thinking she is going to walk into the Newsroom and say we got it all wrong , if only I had the power to make that happen and bring her back. Please pray for her family and loved ones tonight and for the tough days ahead . Prayers for the pilot\u2019s family as well. R.I.P Nancy Parker Boyd. There will never be another like you.
